Cancellation and refund conditions
Lets Tatil Tourism Cancellation & Refund Policy
Voucher and Package Tour Agreement:
For tours and transfers purchased through the Ege Transfer website and/or Ege Transfer Tourism center and/or authorized travel agencies, a voucher containing the reservation details will be sent to the consumer. By receiving the voucher and its attached package tour agreement, the consumer is deemed to have accepted the terms. Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the relevant clauses of the agreement and form an integral part of it.
1. Refunds for Promotional Tours / Transfers

There is no right to cancel or receive a refund after booking promotional or campaign offers.
2. Refunds for Transfers

Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 3 days before the start of the transfer will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal charges.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the transfer start time require the consumer to pay the full tour price as a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds for International Tours

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal charges.

For cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before the tour start date, the consumer agrees to pay the full tour price as a cancellation fee.
4. Refunds for Cruise Tours

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made at least 60 days before the start of the cruise will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal charges.

Cancellations or changes less than 60 days before the cruise start date require full payment of the tour price as a cancellation fee.
5. Refunds for Domestic Tours

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal charges.

For cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before the tour start date, the consumer agrees to pay the full tour price as a cancellation fee.
6. Refunds for Day Tours

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made at least 5 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal charges.

Cancellations or changes made less than 3 days before the tour start date require the consumer to pay the full tour price as a cancellation fee.
7. Refunds for Tours Including Airline, Train, Ship Tickets, etc.

For package tours including transportation tickets issued by carriers (airlines, trains, ships, etc.), cancellation and refund requests are subject to the carrier's ticket rules, which are governed by international and transport laws beyond package tour laws.

Ege Transfer acts only as an intermediary between the consumer and the carrier.

Refunds for such tickets depend on the carrier’s policies and legal charges and may be partially or fully non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Even if Ege Transfer decides to refund, the carrier’s deductions apply and Ege Transfer bears no responsibility or compensation obligations.
8. Name Changes and Transfer Rights

General rules for name changes:

International tours: free up to 30 days before departure.

Domestic tours: free up to 15 days before departure.

Day tours: free up to 7 days before departure.

Requests made after these deadlines may incur fees or be rejected depending on the service provider’s rules.

Additional fees caused by name changes must be accepted by the consumer.

Name changes are only made with the consumer’s explicit approval.

For international tours, visa fees already paid are non-refundable. The transferee is responsible for obtaining their visa. Ege Transfer is not responsible for visa denials or delays.
9. Cancellations Related to Connecting Flights, Visas, Insurance

Visa, insurance fees, and internal connecting flight tickets in international and cruise tours are non-refundable.
10. Cancellations Due to Force Majeure or Health Reasons

Force majeure includes legal conditions such as serious accidents, severe illness requiring treatment, or death of the consumer or their first-degree relatives.

Consumers must provide official documentation from public institutions or state hospitals proving the force majeure condition.

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour start date (or 60 days for cruises) due to force majeure, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days, excluding mandatory taxes, fees, third-party non-refundable costs, and documented expenses.

If the cancellation is covered by insurance under Law No. 1618, the refund will be handled by the insurance company, with processing times depending on the insurer. Ege Transfer assists with paperwork but is not responsible for insurance processing duration.
11. Tour Cancellation by Ege Transfer

Ege Transfer reserves the right to cancel tours partially or entirely due to insufficient participation, weather, road conditions, force majeure, or similar reasons.

Cancellation notice will be given at least 7 days before departure for international tours, 2 days for domestic tours, and 1 day for day tours.

In such cases, the full payment will be refunded within 14 days.

Consumers have no right to claim compensation for cancellations made by Ege Transfer.
12. Credit Card Refunds

Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days due to bank processing times.

If the consumer requests a refund directly from their bank, Ege Transfer’s cancellation and refund policies still apply.

Only Ege Transfer can process credit card refunds; consumers do not have the right to demand refunds directly from their bank after purchase
